本文研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)对TEOS-水-乙醇-碱催化剂溶胶体系的影响规律,通过TEM、SDP等分析手段,考察了分子量不同的PEG对SiO2溶胶粒度分布和簇团结构的变化以及对SiO2-PEG溶胶镀制光学膜增透效果的影响.结果表明:PEG改性后的SiO2溶胶形成有序的环状网络结构特征,而且分子量愈大,对溶胶的作用愈强,显著影响着膜层的光学增透性能.
