为了研究稀土离子对多孔氧化铝膜形成过程的影响,在0.3 mol/L硫酸电解液中添加不同浓度的Ce4+,对铝片进行阳极氧化,并运用SEM、XPD对所得氧化膜进行了表征.通过得到的多孔氧化铝膜发现,Ce4+在电解过程中改变了阳极化过程的电流强度,但没有改变阳极化的基本过程;Ce4+的加入可使多孔排列更加有序,但Ce4+没有参与膜的构成.
