利用非水性三氯硅烷溶液作组装液,采用浸涂法在铝合金表面沉积自组装膜层(SAMs),用红外光谱(FTIR)和循环伏安法(CV)对膜层进行表征并用热盐浴浸湿法、动电位扫描和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)法对膜层的耐蚀性进行了研究.结果表明,在铝合金表面已形成疏水性组装膜层,该膜层表面仍有一定量的针孔存在,虽然对铝合金表面具有一定的阻隔保护作用,但在腐蚀性介质中仍存在点蚀现象.
