采用粘涂技术在零件表面制备固体润滑耐磨涂层的方法在润滑减摩方面有着广泛的应用,环氧润滑耐磨涂层以其独有的优势在该领域内占据主要地位.材料科学、表面技术及计算机分析技术的发展,为新一代环氧润滑耐磨涂层的研制提供了良好的基础.开发新的涂层材料、优化涂层厚度和涂层结构、完善与开发新的涂层工艺、实现固/液润滑相互促进是提高新一代环氧润滑耐磨涂层工作性能的重要途径.
