电刷镀镀覆区域的溶液温度影响到镀层的结合强度,直接测量有难度.为了提高纳米电刷镀镀层的质量,基于红外辐射原理开发了能实时检测镀笔阳极包套和工件接触区域镀液温度的虚拟仪器(Virtual instrument,Ⅵ).采用移动平均滤波降低干扰对测量结果的影响;应用非模型修正法进一步提高测量精度.在刷镀过程中,镀液温度实时显示在计算机的虚拟面板上,当镀液温度超出许用值时仪器报警.应用结果表明,这种方法切实可行.
