准确测定电镀液中添加剂的含量,对排除电镀故障及提高镀液质量有指导作用.采用紫外分光光度法研究了pH值、无机盐等对高硫镍镀液中苯亚磺酸钠吸光度的影响,建立了测定镀液中苯亚磺酸钠浓度的分析方法.结果表明,该方法快速、准确,可用于工业电镀高硫镍电解液中苯亚磺酸钠浓度的现场分析.
