分析了电厂锅炉受热面热腐蚀磨损原因,对锅炉受热面防护方法进行了总结,研究了几种电弧喷涂表面涂层抗热磨蚀性能,提出了电厂锅炉受热面采用的涂层防护方法,并对现场应用涂层进行检查,电弧喷涂镍铬钛涂层显示出最佳的抗锅炉热腐蚀性能.
