高级检索

运用X射线衍射、电子探针、循环伏安法、铜加速醋酸盐雾试验和显微硬度计等试验手段,着重研究了从酸性AlCl3-KCl-NaCl熔盐中电镀得到含1.38%~3.68%Ni的淡米色Al-Ni合金镀层的表面形貌、相结构等微观结构以及沉积机理、镀层的耐蚀性、硬度等.结果表明,Al-Ni合金镀层主要由Al和Al1.1Ni0.9两相组成;Al-Ni是共沉积的;Al-Ni合金镀层硬度较大,但是其耐蚀性较差.
