通过模拟油田腐蚀环境的试验研究,发现在普通API SPEC N80钢中添加少量Cr不仅可大大降低在CO2腐蚀环境中材料的平均腐蚀速率,而且抑制了局部腐蚀的发生.SEM分析表明含Cr钢表面形成的腐蚀产物的结构和成分与N80钢相差很大,腐蚀形貌也有本质区别.含Cr钢试样表面形成的Cr(OH)3膜稳定性好,而且表面膜中Cr含量高达14%(质量分数),这种膜对腐蚀介质具有良好的屏蔽作用,从而提高了材料的抗腐蚀性能.
