Passivating of Zn Alloy Hot Dipped Coating

研究了合金含量较高的热浸镀锌层的钝化工艺及配方，探讨了钝化液组分对钝化膜性能的影响及钝化原理，检测了所研制钝化膜的性能。结果表明，该钝化液适合于热浸锌合金镀层的表面钝化处理，亦适用于电镀锌及锌合金镀层、锌合金压铸件等的钝化处理，应用范围宽，且工序简化，抛光和钝化一步完成。

The passivating process and formulation of bath solution for zinc hot dipped coating with higher alloy content were investigated and discussed The recommended passivating solution could be used not only for passivating zinc hot dipped coating but also for Zn-Ni and Zn-Fe alloy coating.
