在铝材基体上,综合应用等离子喷涂和电弧喷涂等热喷涂方法,喷涂钽、镝、铅等材料,制备具有辐射屏蔽效应的多层复合涂层。用光学显微镜和SEM对复合涂层的组织结构进行了观察分析,定量分析了涂层的化学成分,测量了喷涂样品的平面度误差和涂层重量。结果表明,涂层之间结合紧密,组织均匀致密,孔隙率低,满足了辐射屏蔽要求,达到了预期效果。
