通过电位阶跃方法对硼酸以及Nd3+作用下的镍电沉积过程初期行为进行研究,结果表明,硼酸作用下镍电结晶按瞬时成核和三维生长方式进行,同时硼酸对晶体的生长过程具有明显的阻化作用,加入Nd3+后镍电结晶方式不变,但Nd3+对晶体的生长过程具有明显的促进作用.
