报导了一种简单而有效的制备非晶ZnO纳米粉末的方法,即固态低温热解法.并用透射电镜、选区电子衍射、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱对所制得的粉末进行了表征.结果表明在160℃下灼烧乙酸锌和碳酸氢钠所得到的ZnO粉末是非晶态.PL谱表明非晶ZnO纳米粉末同样具有较强的紫外发射,其峰值波长为380nm,我们认为这是由于量子尺寸效应造成的.
