掺杂VO2薄膜是一种具有相变特性的功能材料,具有广阔的应用前景.本文综述了掺杂VO2薄膜的相变机理、制备方法和应用前景,并指出掺杂VO2薄膜的发展趋势,以期更好地探讨掺杂VO2薄膜的应用研究.
