本文研究了提拉法和温梯法生长的YAG晶体在紫外-可见光-红外的吸收光谱,发现提拉法生长的YAG在255nm处产生弱吸收,而温梯法生长的晶体在该处不存在吸收峰.通过对YAG晶体荧光光谱及电子顺磁共振谱的测试和分析,认为提拉法的晶体在255nm处产生的弱吸收是由Fe3+所引起的.
