本文评述了氧化物晶体坩埚下降法生长的一些研究进展,重点介绍我们研究所在压电晶体、非线性光学晶体、弛豫铁电晶体、闪烁晶体、声光晶体、光折变晶体等方面的研究工作.从技术创新的角度探讨了氧化物晶体坩埚下降法生长工艺的新发展,如连续供料坩埚下降法、熔剂坩埚下降法等.
