本文测量了Tm3+离子在YAG中不同温度下的荧光光谱.研究了Tm3+离子3F43H6跃迁5870cm-1谱线的热加宽以及谱线位移.并利用晶格振动(声子)和离子间的相互作用进行了解释.结果表明:谱线的温度加宽主要是由于Raman双声子过程,谱线位移是由于发射和重吸收虚声子造成的.
