研究了利用新生成的CaCO3和Fe(OH)3的协同作用,共沉淀分离富集碱性废蚀刻液中铅和砷的方法.共沉淀受体系温度、酸度及沉淀剂用量的影响,正交试验优化结果表明:1 L废液在40 ℃、pH 8.0、CaCl2和Na2CO3加入量各10.0 g、FeCl3·6H2O加入量为2.3 g条件下,铅、砷脱除率分别达到92.4%和94.6%.用脱除铅砷后的碱性废蚀刻液和HCl合成碱式氯化铜晶体,其铅含量由原来的118.44 mg/kg降低到7.35 mg/kg,砷含量由32.47 mg/kg降低到3.54 mg/kg,方法可达到脱除铅和砷并回收铜资源的目的.
