用活性炭吸附、分离、富集后，经灰化、灼烧，用NaOH底液浸取， 用示波极谱法可测定矿石中金，测定范围，0.4～120μg Au3＋／m L。标样测定结果与标准值相符，RSD％（5.12g Au／t，n＝10 ）＝1.21％。
After separation and enrichment by adsorption of active carbon, through ashing and burning, then extracting the residue with the base solution of NaOH, gold in Ores could be determined by oscillopolarography, the detrmination range was 0.4-120μg Au3+/mL. The determination results of standard sample were in a good agreement with that certified. The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 1.21% for 5.12g Au/t,n=10.
