研究了镓与4,5-二溴邻硝基苯基荧光酮(DBON-PF)的显色 反应,在盐酸—氯化钾介质中,有CTMAB存在下,显色反应灵敏,镓与 DBON-PF络合物的最大吸收波长在757nm,络合物的表观摩尔吸光 系数ε=8.2×104。含镓0~5μg/25mL遵守比耳定律。用乙酸丁 酯萃取分离干扰元素,可以大大提高方法的选择性。该法用于矿石中微量镓的 测定,获得了满意的结果。

The colour reaction of gallium with 4, 5-dibromo-2-nitro-phenylfluorone(DBON-PF) was investigated. In the medium of HCl-KCl solution containing CTMAB the colour reaction is sensitive. The complex of Ga  with DBON-PF has a maximum absorption at 575nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 8.2 ×104 L*mol-1*cm-1. Be er's law is obeyed for 0-5μg gallium in 25mL solution. The interference of foreign ions was eliminated by extraction with n-butyl acetate. The method has been applied to the determination of trace gallium in ore with satisfactory results.
