基于双势阱函数和场变量之间存在交互作用,提出了用于描述材料加热过程晶粒演变的自由能表达式,建立了晶粒长大的扩散相场数学模型,并编制了相应的数值模拟软件,对AerMet100钢加热过程中正常和异常晶粒长大进行了数值模拟.结果表明:空间矢量取向数的改变,直接影响晶粒生长过程中的演变倾向;随着空间矢量取向数的减少,晶粒向异常长大演变.
