利用EDX微观分析手段研究了热氧化法制备的铱氧化物膜的铱、氧原子比变化,采用XPS分析了氧化膜元素组成与电极反应过程中氧化膜内铱元素的价态变化以及氧元素的存在形式,对电极响应动力学机理进行了EIS研究.结果表明:陈化后电极氧化膜表面铱、氧原子比从1:2改变为约1:6,电极表面以水合氧化物的形式存在,而氧化膜内部的铱、氧原子比保持不变,电极反应为Ir4+与Ir3+之间的转变,氧的存在形式为O2-、-OH、H2O.热力学响应机理是由于电极表面水合氧化铱与溶液中H+发生化学反应;H+响应的动力学过程为电极反应步骤控制.
