研究了不同冷却方式对CuAlBeB形状记忆合金相变温度的影响,通过理论计算讨论了淬火形成的空位和有序化对相变温度的影响,通过OM、SEM、EPMA及XRD进行了微观组织分析.结果表明:冷却方式对合金相变温度影响明显,通过20~150℃热循环可以有效降低淬火形成的空位,但热循环对有序化转变无明显影响.
