在大气、纯净水、酸性水和海水四种介质中,对0Cr18Ni9钢以两种不同载荷(50 N、100 N)和不同位移幅值进行微动磨损试验,并建立了运行工况微动图.结果显示:水介质改变了微动运行的区域,部分滑移区变小,而混合区和滑移区向小位移方向移动,并表现出明显的润滑作用;水介质降低了微动摩擦因数,降低效果从高到低依次为海水、酸性水和纯净水.
