抑制WC晶粒长大对于制备超细WC-Co刀具材料尤为重要.综合评述了在制备超细WC-Co刀具材料中WC晶粒长大的原因以及有关抑制机理,分析了影响VC抑制效果的主要因素,包括VC的添加方式、添加量、复合添加、WC的晶粒度、合金中的钴含量、总碳含量以及烧结方式等.
