简述了梯度功能材料的进展、优化设计及制备方法。由于梯度功能材料独特的优良性能使其应用领域逐渐扩展到机械工程的结构材料中,如自润滑滑动轴承、硬质合金刀具、耐磨耐蚀涂层材料等,实现梯度化能使其性能及使用寿命显著提高。

In this paper, the developing process of functionally gradient materials (FGM) and the optimum design and manufacture methods for FGM are introduced. Because FGM have special excellent properties, their application scope gradually enlarges to the structure materials for mechanical engineering such as self-lubricating sliding bearings, cemented carbide cutting tools and coating materials resistant wear and corrosion. When the gradient is achieved, the properties and service life obtain substantial improvement.
