介绍了无基准零件封装夹具中填充材料的研究、试验和应用情况。研究了低熔点合金的力学、物理性能,以满足RFPE夹具的需要。结果表明:合理地确定填料配方及其工艺参数可以明显改善加工质量,提高切削效率和降低制造成本。

The development and application of filler material for RFPE(Reference Free Part Encapsulation) technique is introduced. The needs of RFPE fixture can be perfectilysatisfied by the properties of the fillers. Based on the test of lower melting point material, its mechanical and physical performance has been studied. The engineering application shows that rationally selecting the formula of filler and technologyical parameters can greatly improve the quality of the workpiece, enhance the machining efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost.
