研究了热处理制度对一种单晶镍基合金γ′相形貌演化的影响。结果表明:不同的热处理制度对合金的γ′相形貌有很大的影响。合金经固溶处理后,γ′相细小弥散析出,一次时效处理使γ′相平均尺寸增大,一次时效温度在1200℃以上时,由于基体通道变宽,有细小的二次γ′相析出,二次时效处理对γ′相平均尺寸影响不大,只是增加γ′相的正方度。
The influence of heat treatment on the evolution of γ′morphologyof a single crystal nickel-based superalloy was investigated. The results show that γ′morphologies have been affected significantly under different heat treatment conditions. Dispersed fine γ′phase precipitated in the matrix of the alloy during solution heat treatment. The average size of γ′increased after primary aging treatment. Secondary γ′phase precipitation was observed when the aging temperature was high above 1200 as result of matrix channel becoming narrow. No sigificantly changes of the average size of γ′were seen during secondary aging treatment except the increase of squareness of γ′ phase.
