回顾了高强度低合金中厚钢板的发展历程,评述了几类典型 的高强度低合金钢,并基于钢的轧制工艺与复相组织强韧化理论,提出了一种新的高强度中 厚钢板组织设计——仿晶界型铁素体/粒状贝氏体(FGBA/BG)复相组织。
The development of high strength low alloy (HSLA ) steel plate is reviewed in this paper, and comments on several typical HSLA st eels are presented. Based on rolling process and theories of duplex microstruct ure strengthening and toughening, a new microstructure design for high strength steel plate—grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite/granular bainite (FGAB /BG) duplex microstructure is proposed.
