本试验测定了含锆和无锆的可伐合金的氢脆特性。明确了加入锆以后,由于晶粒细化和ZrN质点的陷阱作用,降低了可伐合金的氢脆敏感性,并提出了降低合金氢脆的方法

The hydrogen brittleness of 4J29 alloy with and without additive Zr was measured. It is shown that Zr possesses beneficial effect on resistance to hydrogen brittleness. Because additive Zr enables the alloy to get finer grain size and ZrN can set the trap, the resistance to hydrogen brittleness gets improved. The countermeasure for the delay fracture of kovar alloy has been put forward.
