本文从低温微结构工程学的观点,比较AIN中加入Sm2O3、Dy2O3、Sm2O3-Dy2O3稀土烧结助剂的热导率、第二相铝酸盐的变化,探讨了铝空位和氧影响AIN的热导性.从AIN的热导率与微结构的比较表明微结构的区别可能是铝酸盐相形成晶间液相润湿粉体性质的差异,但这种差异不能影响烧结行为,因此热导率和微结构之间不能建立清晰的相关性.实验装置以G-M制冷机为冷源,用低温多路数据采集系统测量了AIN-5wt%Sm2O3-Dy2O3材料在低温30K~160K的热导率,在本实验温区其热导率随温度升高而增大,实验表明该材料可以作为高温超导直接冷却要求的高导热高电绝缘器件材料.
