本文研究设计了应用于移动通信中使用最广泛的GSM900系统的12节高温超导微带滤波器.由于采用新型谐振器结构,该滤波器具有结构紧凑、带边陡峭的优点.滤波器的中心频率为902.5MHz,带宽25MHz.在50K的测试温度下实验结果与设计结果较好地符合,通带内插入损耗小于0.25dB.基于测试结果,本文还详细讨论了基片的介电常数和测试温度对滤波器中心频率的影响.
