本文对Bi2-xPbxSr2CaCu2Oδ (x=0~0.5)系列样品以及在真空下不同温度退火的Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2CaCu2Oδ样品进行了X射线衍射和Raman谱实验研究.测量表明,随着退火温度的升高,a,b,c轴晶格常数增加,与O(1)Cu Bg模式相关的294cm-1的峰强减少,峰位红移.研究结果进一步表明,464cm-1 和 630cm-1 峰分别与O(3)Bi A1g 和O(2)Sr A1g 模式相关;O(1)Cu Bg峰的改变是由载流子浓度改变引起的.载流子浓度改变也引起了Tc值的变化.

Investigation of the polycrystal samples of Bi2-xPbxSr2CaCu2Oδ(x=0~0.5) and annealed Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2CaCu2Oδ in vacuum with different annealing temperature has been carried out by x-ray diffraction and Raman scattering measurements. It is found that with annaling temperature increasing, the a, b and c axis parameter elongate; the intensity of 294cm-1 peak that is assigned to O(1)CuBg mode decreases, and the peak position red-shifts. By further studying, it suggests that the 464cm-1 and 630cm-1 phonon can be assigned to O(3)Bi A1g and O(2)Sr A1g c-axis vibration respectively; the change of O(1)Cu Bg mode is caused by the change of carrier concentration which leads to the increasing of Tc.
