以钛酸丁酯作为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法及浸渍-提拉法在载玻片上制备SrO-TiO_2薄膜. 通过X射线衍射和红外光谱等测试技术表征了SrO-TiO_2粉末的结构,用紫外-可见分光光度计测定薄膜的透光率,用接触角测试仪测定水与薄膜的接触角. 结果表明,掺杂适量Sr~(2+)后,SrO-TiO_2粉末中TiO_2晶粒的尺寸变小,SrO-TiO_2薄膜表面吸附的羟基含量增多且稳定,可提高TiO_2薄膜的超亲水性. 经紫外光照1 h或自然光照5 h后,掺杂Sr~(2+)摩尔分数为1.0%的SrO-TiO_2薄膜与水的接触角接近于0°,表现出良好的亲水性.

SrO-TiO_2 films on glass slides were prepared via sol-gel process and dip-coating technique using tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor. The structure of SrO-TiO_2 powder was characterized by XRD and IR. The transmission rates of the films were measured by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The water contact angles of the films were also measured. The results obtained are as follows:the grain size of TiO_2 in the SrO-TiO_2 powder became smaller when a proper amount of Sr~(2+) was introduced. The hydroxyl content on the surface of the thin film and its stability have been increased, which are beneficial to the super-hydrophilicity of the film. Under the irradiation of either ultraviolet light for an hour or natural light for five hours, the contact angles of SrO-TiO_2 thin films with 1.0%(molar percentage) Sr~(2+) doping amount were close to 0°, and water can easily spread over the surfaces of the films suggesting good hydrophilicities of the as-prepared films.
