制备了碳纳米管粉末微电极(CNTPME),研究了对乙酰氨基酚(ACOP)在CNTPME上的电化学行为.结果表明,CNTPME对ACOP具有良好的电催化作用.在0.08 mol/L、pH=0.15的BR缓冲溶液中,在8.8×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol/L的ACOP浓度范围内,其示差脉冲伏安(DPV)峰电流与ACOP的浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.64×10-6 mol/L.与化学修饰电极比较,该电极响应快,稳定性好,寿命长,抗坏血酸等十余种共存物质基本不干扰,可用于药物制剂中ACOP的定量测定.
