探讨了CO2激光诱导液相局域沉积银的过程.实验表明,在一定的激光功率(P)、扫描速率(v)、液面厚度(T)的范围内,银线的厚度均存在最大值.银线宽度随P和银盐溶液浓度(c)的增大有增大的趋势;而随着v、T的增大,银线宽度逐渐减小.其取值范围大致为P为4.0~6.0 W,V为1.3~2.4 cm/s,T为10~50μm,c为0.5~1.0 mol/L.最后运用正交试验得到了3组最佳实验条件.
