采用球磨分散的方法制得了Sb/SnO2超细粉水分散体系.通过测定分散体系的Zeta电位和沉降率详细考察了分散体系pH值、掺锑浓度和加热温度对Sb/SnO2超细粉水分散性的影响规律.结果表明,制备条件通过控制粒子表面状态、化学构成和晶体完整性等影响SbSnO2超细粉的分散性.Sb/SnO2超细粉的等电点为1.8左右.制备稳定性高、分散效果好的Sb/SnO2超细粉水分散体系的合适条件的pH值为10.0~11.5、n(Sb)/n(Sn)为0.04~0.19,加热温度为800℃左右.
