采用非均相成核法制备了Sb掺杂的SnO2(ATO)纳米粉体. 研究了粉体电学性能、粒径、晶胞参数随Sb掺杂量的变化关系及粉体电学性能、粒径随煅烧温度的变化关系. 应用非晶物质晶化晶核生长速率方程计算了晶粒生长活化能. 结果表明,晶粒生长分为2个阶段 ,其活化能分别为21.94和4.52 kJ/mol.
