报道一系列有机锡,有机钛,有机锆和有机膦取代多酸化合物对两种人体肿瘤细胞SSMC-7721和Hela的抗肿瘤活性.其中有机钛多酸化合物表现为高于其他具有相同多酸阴离子的化合物的抗肿瘤活性.发现化合物具有很高的体内抗肿瘤活性和较低的毒性,并发现化合物的抗肿瘤活性与化合物的氧化还原能力呈顺变关系.
A number of organotin, cyclopentadienyltitanium, cyclopentadienylzirconium andorganophosphoryl substituted polyoxometalates are reported in relation of their antitumor activity a-gainst SSMC-7721 and Hela human tumor ceils. The cyclopentadienyltitanium polyoxometalatesshowed higher activity than other compounds with the same polyanions. CoW11CpTi was found tohave higher antitumor activity and low toxicity as showed in vivo tests. It is also observed that the or-der of the antitumor activity of complexes is in relation with the order of the redox behavior of thepolyanions.
