以硝酸盐为原料,乙二醇为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了质子导体SrCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ电解质薄膜.使用TG/DSC和XRD对凝胶前驱体的热分解过程及相组成进行了表征.探讨了溶胶凝胶制备SrCe0.9Y0.1O3-δ电解质的反应过程:凝胶前驱体由C3H3CeO6和Sr(NO3)2构成;Sr(NO3)2在630℃分解,并部分生成SrCO3中间相;SrCO3在865℃分解完全,并与CeO2反应最终得到SrCeO3.900℃热处理得到的SrCe0.9 Y0.1O3-δ电解质薄膜致密、均匀,无气孔和微裂纹,为钙钛矿型SrCeO3相.热力学计算表明电解质凝胶前驱体生成SrCeO3的热分解反应过程能够达到的最高理论温度为1455.4℃,高于SrCeO3生成所需温度764.6℃,在热力学上有利于SrCeO3相生成.
