研究了D-314大孔聚丙烯酸阴离子交换树脂在中性体系中吸附、解吸钼和铼的条件和机制.结果表明,在常温下,溶液的pH=7.0,柱上流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1)时,D-314树脂分别对钼和铼有效吸附,然后用2%NH_3·H_20-2%NH4NO_3混合溶液,流速为4.0 ml·min~(-1),流出体积为16.5 ml·min~(-1),和6%NH_3·H_2O溶液,流速为2.0 ml·min~(-1),流出体积为13.0ml·min~(-1),分别对钼和铼进行淋洗解吸,分离系数K_(Mo/Re)=384,钼和铼各自的回收率分别为92.40%和83.96%.
The condition and mechanism of D-314 maeroporous polyacrylic acid anion exchange resin absorbing and eluting molybdenum and rhenium in the neutral system were studied.The results showed that:molybdenum and rhenium can be effectively absorbed at room temperature when pH=7.0 at the flow rate of 1.0ml·min_(-1)in the column,then molybdenum and rhenium could be eluted with 2%NH_3·H_2O-2%NH_4NO_3mixture solution at the flow rate of 4.0 ml·min_(-1)with16.5 ml and 6%NH_3·H_2O at rhe flow rate of 2.0ml·min_(-1) with 13.0 ml.The separation coefficient K_(Mo/Re):383,the recoveries of molybdenum and rhenium are 92.40%and 83.96%.
