采用CaCl2-NaCl-B2O3体系在750℃,3.5 V槽电压下电解制备出CaB6晶体.对电解阴极产物进行了xRD与sEM及能谱的对比分析.结果表明,使用SiO2-B2O3-Na2CO3混合涂层对石墨阳极进行涂层保护处理,不仅有效减少了阳极的物理破损与化学腐蚀,还显著降低产物中的碳残留,提高了电流效率,可以获得较为理想的CaB6晶体粉末.
