用固相合成法合成了红色长余辉材料CaxZn0.20TiO2.20+x:Pr(0.80≤x≤1.00),并通过退火处理改进了其性能.经过对样品激发、发射光谱、热释光、 XRD、紫外吸收曲线的分析,得出样品Ca0.89Zn0.20TiO3.09:Pr有比Ca0.80Zn0.20TiO3:Pr更好的初始亮度和余辉时间.原因是钙量增多减少了样品中的氧空位,从而使Ti3+的含量减少.此外,退火处理减少了样品中的氧空位和在粉碎过程中产生的表面缺陷,从而改善样品的性能.
