分别以Yb2O3和CeO2为添加剂制备了热压烧结氮化硅陶瓷,经过1450℃的热处理,两种氮化硅的高温性能都得到提高.在热处理过程中,Yb2Si2O7和Ce2Si2O7分别从两种氮化硅陶瓷的晶间玻璃相中析出,而Yb2Si2O7晶体的形核时间明显短于Ce2Si2O2晶体.对裂纹愈合现象和高温断口的分析,表明热处理减少晶间缺陷及促进晶间相结晶是提高氮化硅高温性能的主要因素.
