研制了一种新型、高效的 Al-Sr-RE 复合细化变质剂,该合金熔点较低(639.2~740℃),变质潜伏期短(≤ 10 min),变质能力强,变质效果好,并且可以显著细化 Al-Si 合金枝晶组织,与工业用 Al-10Sr、Al-8.7Sr-2.8Ti-0.2B 合金相比,该合金使 ZL 102 合金的二次枝晶间距减小了 22.6%~23.2%。
A novel Al-Sr-RE combined refiner/modifier for Al-Si casting alloys with lower melt point(639.2~740℃) and shorter incubation time(≤10 min) was developed. This refiner/modifier can modify the ZL102 alloy efficiently and refine the dendrite structure notably.Treated with the novel combined refiner/modifier, the secondary dendrite arm spacing(DAS) of the ZL102 alloy decreased by 22.6%~23.2% than that of with Al-10Sr or Al-8.7Sr-2.8Ti-0.2B master alloys.
