酮肼交联对涂料印花用聚丙烯酸酯乳液的影响

Influence of Ketone Hydrazine Crosslinking on Polyacrylate Emulsion Pigment Printing

以双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)作为官能单体,制备了含有酮羰基的聚丙烯酸酯乳液.将此乳液与己二酸二酰肼(ADH)混合,制得涂料印花用粘合剂.涂膜经红外光谱测试表明,乳液成膜时酮羰基与肼发生了交联反应.另外讨论了DAAM的用量与添加方式、DAAM与ADH的质量比以及固化温度等对织物印花各种性能的影响.
