采用环氧树脂E-44与不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)反应合成了高分子非离子型水性环氧树脂乳化剂,并使用相反转法制备了水性环氧树脂乳液,考查了PEG相对分子质量、乳化剂结构及其用量对环氧树脂乳液的离心、冻融、稀释稳定性及涂膜性能的影响.结果表明:采用聚乙二醇相对分子质量为6 000,n(羟基):n(环氧基)=1:1.25,以叔胺为催化剂,于130~134℃反应合成的乳化剂具有较好的乳化效果;乳化剂用量在12%时,制得的涂膜综合性能最佳.
