合成了硅溶胶/丙烯酸羟丙酯杂化溶胶,采用紫外固化工艺,制备了超亲水汽车玻璃涂层.膜层的水接触角小于5°,铅笔硬度达到5H.讨论了硅溶胶浓度、丙烯酸羟丙酯相对含量等对薄膜亲水性、硬度、外观的影响.通过X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段表征了膜层的组成和微观结构,分析了膜层的组成和微观结构对其性能的影响.
