将纳米颗粒添加到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)粉末涂料中,研究了附着强度随纳米颗粒的种类和含量的变化,发现添加纳米颗粒能明显提高LDPE涂层和钢铁之间的附着强度.其中添加纳米Al2O3和纳米SiO2在4%时取得最大值,与纯LDPE相比,提高近两倍.可能是因为在LDPE和钢铁界面处的纳米颗粒改变了LDPE的表面物理和化学性质,从而提高附着强度.
