以环己烷为溶剂,浓硫酸和丙酸酐为磺化剂,采用非均相磺化方法,在少量分散剂作用下,制备了不同磺化度的磺化聚苯乙烯(SsPSH);再以SsPSH和环氧树脂经加成、取代合成了梳型聚苯乙烯环氧苯醚,最后加入固化剂制得聚苯乙烯环氧醚聚氨酯.反应的最佳原料配比为:n(SsPSH):n(EP):n(固化剂):n(催化剂)=1.0:1.0:0.33:0.012,各过程产品经FT-IR、TG、DTG、DTA、DSC、DMA检测,结果表明目标产品韧性好、强度高、耐热性好.
